Add a Regatta

Details
Name:		Name of the regatta
Caption:		Caption of the event. You may use HTML here
Type:		The type of regatta to be listed under on the index page
Regatta Dates
Regatta Start Date:		The starting date of the regatta
Regatta End Date:		The final day of the regatta
Late Fee Commencement:		Date from which the late fee applies (must be before 'Entries Close')
Entries Close:		The final day entries can be submitted
Regatta Fees
Entry Fee ($):		Entry fee in dollars for entries recieved before the 'Late Fee Commencement' date
Late Fee ($):		Entry fee in dollars for entries recieved after the 'Late Fee Commencement' date but before 'Entries Close' date. This is the total amount to be paid, not an amount in addition to the entry fee above.
Payment Options
Westpac Web Advantage:		Provide users with the option to pay by Credit Card with the Westpac Web Advantage system. For this to work you must have it setup in your account settings
Payment Express:		Provide users with the option to pay by Credit Card with the Payment Express system. For this to work you must have it setup in your account settings
Pay Pal:		Provide users with the option to pay by Credit Card or Pay Pal account using Pay Pal. For this to work you must have it setup in your account settings
Member Charges:		Provide users with the option to charge to a club member account. For this to work you must have it setup in your account settings
Bank Transfer:		Provide users with the option to transfer money to a bank account. For this to work you must have provided your bank account details in settings
Pay through Xero:		Allow users to pay through Xero. You can provide further instructions for this from the settings section
